A 2 bed cottage with large integral kitchen/living room, patio with views of pond and fields. Ceramic tiles on the ground floor with underfloor heating as well as electric storage heating and wood stove (logs provided) create a wonderful cosy atmosphere in cold weather, yet still cool inside in hot. It has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and two large washing machines + large dryer is available in an outhouse.

There is a rear door to a shared patio with view of the pond which has a resident population of ducks & coots.

Bathroom has shower over the bath and airing cupboard.

Water is filtered spring water (no chlorine!!)

Both bedrooms are good sized doubles
