Duffy’s Cottage faces across the farmyard from the front, and over open countryside to the rear. With two double bedrooms, it sleeps up to four or would make a perfect ‘nest’ for a couple wanting a study and/or spare room.

The glazed front door opens onto a hallway and stairs to the first floor. 

Downstairs is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with fully fitted units and modern appliances.

Under the stairs there is a useful closed off storage area with shelving.

The whole ground floor is ceramic tiled, with under floor heating. There is also a pretty rustic wood burner (and wood store close to hand outside).

Upstairs, both bedrooms have pitched ceilings with exposed beams, giving them lots of character and a light and airy feeling. The stainless steel flue from the wood burner passes through the main bedroom, keeping it cosy in the winter months.

The family bathroom is fitted in white, with a shower over the bath.

Flooring throughout the upstairs is light cream carpeting.

The back door leads out onto a fully fenced, paved patio area with views across the pond to the hills beyond – the perfect spot to catch the sunsets in summer.
